rsvp tool not notifying me

So my deadline date is April 18th and I had 122 people who had not yet submitted an RSVP. As we started contacting people, a lot of people said that they did in fact RSVP through the website but I did not get an email nor is that reflected in my WW guest list tool. I am freaking out because I still have 72 more people to contact and I feel so rude when I contact people who actually did rsvp. Has anyone else had this issue? I contacted support but likely won't get a response till business hours. I am so stressed and I regret doing online RSVP so much.

    Have you tried signing out and back in to the website? When you call people just let them know there was a issue w the site im sure they wont see it as rude Smiley smile

    I am not using wedding wire for my wedding website but I’ve seen other posts on here about people having issues because their guests made their selections but didn’t click submit at the very end, could that be the issue?

    That’s so weird, I used Wedding Wire for our rsvp tool and no one had an issue. Are your notification settings on? I would log off and back on again like PP stated!

    I have been having problems too with the website RSVP. Your guest have to completely finish with putting in their emails and get an email confirmation. It is very annoying. If I wasn't so close to my wedding I would have done the RSVPs differently.

    I am doing online RSVPs (or they can call / email me) through my Minted.com wedding website. So far it's working just fine. I'd wait to hear back from their help desk before reaching out to more people. Perhaps you have a setting that needs adjusting? Good Luck!

    I would contact tech support. They're going to be able to give you a more direct answer and help you fix the issue quicker as they work for WW and work in the tech aspect to diagnose and rectify the issue
