It depends. I would ask your caterer when final numbers are due. Then, id say have your RSVP Date 1-2 weeks before numbers Are due.

Depends on when your catering numbers are due and how much time you think you'll need to track down missing RSVPs.

I'm setting mine 3 weeks prior because we need numbers to our caterer two weeks before and I thunk the additional week will help get anyone who hasn't rsvpd

Double check with other vendors too. My florist needs numbers before my caterer does.

One month before the actual event! Final numbers need to in two weeks before the wedding so give yourself two weeks to call or contact the people who haven't replied

I would check with your vendors as to when they need to know about numbers and go back about a week or two from that so you can track anyone down that didn't rsvp by that date

I would suggest three weeks before the day of the wedding. Gives you plenty of time to call those who did not RSVP.

3-4 weeks! People are always late and this will give you plenty of time to track down stragglers without stressing too close to wedding!

Agree with 3 to 4 weeks. You need time to track down stragglers. If you need to make a seating chart, you'll need a little time to tackle that, too.

I requesting ours back a month and half before the wedding but we have a lot of out of town guest and I really needed to confirm the count.

I would ask your vendors. I know our caterer needs our numbers about 2 weeks before our wedding.
