Rant: One of my bridesmaids didn't feel the need to tell me she won't be there for the rehearsal.

Can I just say, "GRRRRRRR?"

I asked her when she was coming in, and she told me "late Thursday night."

...Awesome. Granted, all she has to do is walk down the aisle and look pretty, but.. this girl essentially invited herself into my wedding party, then a few months later, upped and moved to Washington with three days' warning, and is now flying out for my wedding. Bah. I guess I should just suck it up and be glad she's coming at all--she is one of my better friends, after all.

My MoH e-mailed my wedding planner (without my consent) to tell her I needed "help" with the schedule for the day (it was already finished--I was waiting on an address), my other bridesmaid STILL hasn't finished my dress (and she's working at the Ren Faire all weekend..), and my last one.. well, she's fine, actually, except for she doesn't drive and I always have to pick her up. Which I actually don't mind, but I'm ranting here!

First world problems! And here I was thinking we'd have an easy last week.. =)

My daughter in laws dress was in parts the night before the wedding. I thought I would die! The woman told me she always works at night. I have no idea how she got it done in time.

It will all work out and you will be married to Mr W.

I certainly hope so! We still have to tack down the lace layer to the train, hem the dress, hem the gown, sew on buttons and the buttonholes along the back, add an elastic clear strap underneath the lace, and create the bustle.... I think that's it... REALLY hope that's doable...
