Pinterest board or Wanelo as a registry?

Has anyone else done this? What are the pro's and con's? Seems like it would work as long as we are careful to pin directly from sites for purchase. Or would Wanelo be better for this?

It's a good idea in retrospect but it would be impossible to tell who bought what already and you will probably get double of a lot of things, which is why real registries exist

Very interesting concept. I've never heard of that, but I do find it intriguing.

I think Kristen is right though, there will be no way to track anything. And I know my mom gets confused by pinterest and she's been on there for months. So assuming you have some older guests, they might not get the whole Pinning thing.
