OMG...I'm about to flip... kind of update....update to my update.

Okay hold on because I have a BM that ordered hers online and it doesn't show in the system as being ordered. I would call her and say that you checked in at DB and they said it wasn't ordered and see what she says.

How long ago did she say she ordered it? Is it going to be hard to get since its 2 months away now? If so you really need to just call her and tell her ass to go get the dress or buh bye!!!

Before you write her off, give her the benefit of the doubt. I hope, like Ella mentioned that she ordered online. But even if she didn't, I'd ask her first what happened...maybe she had money troubles or something & was embarrassed. If it's too late to order now, that will mean she won't be in the bridal party yes, but maybe you could involve her in another way if she has a good excuse for not ordering yet. Good luck!

Ok, first take a deep breath. I can certainly understand why you are upset. But if she is your best friend, you do not want to talk to her this angry. I say wait til you're calmer and then give her a call. I hope it's what Ella said, and that she ordered it online.

I'm trying to stay calm guys...Chriestina Q she told in March that she had ordered it and that it would be in by the middle of April but now it just looks like she lied about even ordering it.

I had the same problem, I couldn't even get a hold of her to get her address! Then she lied to my other BM and said she finally bought it...when I checked she hadn't...!!!!! After awhile I just asked her to come to the wedding but not be in it. This is YOUR day and if your BM isnt taking your wedding as seriously as you are then maybe she shouldn't be in it. Has she already purchased her shoes/accessories? Also, has she been actively involved in all of your other events?

Wow.. Please have a conversation with her asap about this especially if you want her to still be in the wedding.. Just make sure you are calmed when you guys talk.. I'm so sorry you're going through this..

Yea call her and see what she says first- maybe she did order it online!?? My girls got theirs from DB and the longest one only took 3 weeks to get here- maybe she's embarrassed she didn't have the money right then and forgot about it?

@Juliann, she really hasn't she's been kind of flaky but I've been trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because I just assumed that she may be a little pulled back because the other maids are my sisters so they are doing a lot together. But they have been trying to include her in everything theyve done

Ugh that's a tough one because i know some aren't true to size so she may even need alterations.... hope she have a good reason

Courtney I COMPLETELY understand, you need to have an honest calm talk with her because she is supposed to be HELPING you not stressing you out more....Relax, have a glass of wine, then call! :oP

Is it possible she ran into a financial snag that she was embarrassed to share? Still very frustrating and you need to know if she'll be able to participate. Good luck. Not a fun call to have to make. I'll be doing the same over here on my end tomorrow. Hoping it turns out for you!

It's also possible that she ordered it under her name and they didn't cross-reference it you your wedding. I had that heart-stopping moment when I went to pick up my girls' dresses and they told me they didn't have one. (I knew they were ordered because I was with them when they ordered and I paid for them all) After searching the store, they realized that her dress was inputted under her name so it wasn't showing up when they pulled my wedding party.

Hopefully it's something that simple in your case
