NWR - update on my furbaby

My Remi is home, safe and sound! Surgery on her knee went well. We have about 2 months of recovery in front of us, and then hopefully she will be back to chasing squirrels! I was pretty shocked when I saw her today (scary looking incision, more shaved than I thought, and she's out of it), but shes resting comfortably now in her rolling crate. Having her home is the best birthday gift i could ask for!! Thank you all for your prayers and good vibes!

Awww... little bald butt Really glad to hear she is doing well. When Pibb came out of the room after being under anesthesia (they had to go deep to remove a piece of broken nail) he walked out like he was drunk beyond recognition. It was hilarious. Stumbling all over, droopy eyes, droopy jaw, I just laughed at him it was adorable. Glad she got a pillow neck thing instead of the cone of shame

Tell her: Hugs and kisses, little sweetie. Get better soon so mommy doesn't need to worry so much!

Oh poor baby!!! I'm glad he's home, I can't even imagine how much of a wreck I would be if one of my babies had to have surgery. Heal quickly, Remi!

I spent $100 on toys alone to get her through recovery, lol. Lots of puzzle toys and treats!
