Non-pro BAM!!!! I can't believe it! :-) with some tips and all that fun!

Another from the serenade of me and my grandmoms, I was just so excited to have my 92 year old grandmom come up from Georgia, along with my aunts and some cousins, they made the weekend that much more special!

Next is me walking with my dad down the aisle, we both were crying! I did not think I would cry at all in the moment, but I was a mess! lol It was just overwhelming to see our favorite people in that moment, and just crazy to know I was in that moment. I'll say my tips as the time goes, so first it would be to drink your wine and relax the night before! We had our rehearsal Thursday night, because there was another wedding Fri. at the church, and everyone said how perfect it was. It made it soooo much better for Friday: nails day, see the oots, and I got to bed and slept, which I thought for sure wouldn't happen! It also made everything not seem like it flew by so much, which I know everyone feels like.

Next is a photo of me and my girls waiting on the party bus, we actually got to the church early! Another thing I would say is get a videographer if you can! Because things go by so fast, we are so glad we had one to capture the memories. We got the least expensive one we could find, because we didn't care about the quality, and I am SOOOO glad.

Next is a photo during cocktail hour. It's the only one I have right now of the cocktail hour space, but it shows you what it was kind of! The reception venue was amazing, the view was awesome, so many guests took great family photos during that time. It got a little chilly when the sun went down, but everyone understood why we risked that, and I last second asked the venue to have a hot chocolate and apple cider station, which helped!

Next is our first dance (which was my favorite moment!). Another tip: if you can afford to have kids there, do it! We had a small number, and they got the best photos!! haha. They also had a great time, and I am so glad we decided to have them.

I forgot the ceremony! here is a photo of our first kiss! Couldn't stop kissing my man all day!

Next: THE CAKE. THE. CAKE. I was in love with it. All along in the planning it was the thing I cared the least about, and it ended up being so pretty IMO! I also smashed it in my godson's face instead of each other's (not bad, just to surprise him!) and he loved it. hahaa

Here's one more photo of the reception. Not great quality, but you can see why we chose it (we did half high flower centerpieces, half candle things on tables, this doesn't show many of the high ones but it was the perfect amount in person)! I don't have any photos of the dancing, but the dance floor was full all night. We had made a playlist to give the DJ ideas of what we wanted (a mix for all generations), and he played every single song we wrote down, and everyone loved it! I think I could be a professional playlist creator I swear.

Uu look amazing. Even with 3 weeks to spare, uur dress looks amazing on uu. Congrats !!!!

Two more photos: Last photo of the night: they all thought I wouldn't make it to the after party, but I did!!!! haha we went to my grad school hangout, which was walking distance to the hotel and kept having a great time.

And one more I forgot to put earlier, our first selfie as husband and wife! Haha we were on the back of a golf cart. Can't wait to see how our pro photos come out and the video!

All in all, we are glad we had a sweetheart table so we could talk to just each other for a minute that day. We are glad we got the videographer. Glad we invited kiddies (they loved the photo booth and popcorn bar! We are going to use photo booth photos for our thank you notes) And we are also super glad we went on our honeymoon the Tuesday after. Much needed break! Mexico was awesome and just what we needed. The one thing we talk about is if we had less people, we would've been able to talk to them more and not wonder if we had enough time with everyone... but there was literally not one person we say now that we could've done without being there. All our people were there, and we are so grateful! We are happy that we did a receiving line after church (we had just us and our parents a part of it, the bridal party went outside to say hi, hang out, etc.). I feel like not many people do that now a days, but it made it so we didn't have to go table to table at the reception, and we were able to just enjoy the party and not worry about that! Now houses, puppies, and babies hopefully!!!

Oh had a photo from our honeymoon on my phone! We are holding a sign DHs aunt had given us as an engagement gift it says "sandy toes salty kisses we are now mr and mrs!" So cute!
