Ditching the silver was a good idea. I agree with Angel, another pic with everything done up in different lighting!

Coloring is MUCH better than before but your eyes still look a bit small. I would suggest that you remove the black eyeliner from the lower lash line , or if you want to keep it just have it only at the outside corner. Make sure your lashes are curled and you put on mascara. A bit more undereye concealer to brighten that area. Making those changes should make your eyes really pop!!

Kassie, is this pro hair and make-up? No offense intended, but it looks like a random selfie. Honestly, I'm not seeing silver or any other color. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, but I would urge you not to pay professional rates for what I'm seeing (unless the pic is just seriously washed out). Your avatar shows good bone structure and good hair. You have the potential to look stunning on your wedding day.

It is hard to tell what your makeup looks like from that lighting, definitely post a pic after your hair is finished!

Your eyes need more focus and pop.. I can't tell what color they are in these pics (but it could also be the angle and lighting). Better mascara and/or false eyelashes will do wonders to brighten your eye. Also, I agree - if you have eyeliner on your bottom lid, ditch it.

You're makeup looks awesome! Looks very natural, but pretty natural if you get what I mean

I like the brown tones for your eyes! I think a little highlighting and contouring and a little more blush would help give your face more definition in photos.

ETA: also, she needs to define your eyebrows as well. Cleaning them up and defining them will make your eyes pop more
