Needing Cake Stand / Pedastal Centerpiece Ideas

All the ones that I'm finding on Pinterest are just balls of flowers on top. Has anyone made/had cake stand centerpieces? If so, what did they look like?
I bought a bunch of short cake stands that are 8 inches in diameter on clearance and I'm needing ideas on what to do with them. Thanks everyone

If you want a florals, you can attach a piece of floral foam and do a more cascading type of arrangement.
You could also do succulents
bottles and berries (watch the height)
or candles

Ooh I like the candles. But can't have open flame at the venue. Any ideas for candles in vases?
