I say you send that picture to a bridal store you're planning to make an appointment with and let them know the situation. They probably won't have the same thing, but something similar. I found my dream dress online, and when I went to try it on I was underwhelmed. I found another dress I am in love with and am so excited to wear it on my wedding day. Very pretty! I don't know where to find that dress. But from my experience of liking dresses on Pinterest and tracking them down, many times the dresses that are hard to find are discontinued or only available to order from across the country or world.

I suggest looking at dresses that are similar, which you can easily find through pinterest and google. I've seen a number of dresses with sleeves and lace like this but haven't noticed any with the same beading. Ex. Hi Brynne!! This is such a beautiful gown! I love the illusion neckline and lace applique along the sleeves. I was able to do a little searching and found the exact dress! It's the Amelia Sposa Arianna gown. The dress can be purchased directly from this designers website ameliasposa.it but it doesn't look like they have samples in bridal salons. I would recommend taking a look at their reviews online to get a sense of other brides experiences!
