Lanterns?

Will it be dark for your ceremony? If not, the lanterns won't really have much of an effect.

These lanterns actually burn extremely bright, since they are oil. It’s a lot brighter than a regular candle.

I love that idea! I think it will set the tone for a calm romantic ceremony.

I think that would add a really cool element! It’s something unique. Before you get your heart set on oil lanterns, talk with your venue. Most venues I know wouldn't allow oil lanterns due to the risk of fire.

I think candle lanterns would be lovely. Add some flowers around the top of the lantern to keep them from looking too stark.

Omg yes! i think they would add to the atmosphere beautifully! i would do candle ones since some venues have problems with lit flames, and maybe decorate them up a bit, depending on real vs fake candles, and the kind/size of the lantern check with your venue to see if they would work, but i think its a great idea.

I actually have those lanterns, and I use them for our annual Halloween haunted house! I love the idea PP mentioned about adding some flowers on the top, I think it will be really pretty!
