Is it weird if I ask to see your garter?

An Etsy seller did a custom one for me. It has pieces of lace from both my mom's dress and my gram's dress. Also have a clemson toss one

I got his one but with FH last name however I'm not doing a garter toss it will be for him to see later

Ok so question ladies .. Do you wear both on the big day ? Or one is just to keep for yourself ??

For those of you with the lace bands - do they stay up when you walk around? I ordered a set from eBay and they did not, not sure if it was bc it was too big or bc of the lace.

@Jennifer P. The two garters is so you have one to toss and the other to keep. I think it also depends one the bride/groom if you wear both the whole day. I'm still debating if I will wear both the full day.

At my parents' wedding, my Dad pulled a pair of boxers out from underneath my Mom's dress.

While I'm not suggesting you necessarily do this (even though I find it hilarious personally), I'm just saying you can get creative if you weren't necessarily feeling the idea of a garter.

My mom got me a package of 3 ivory garters from TJ Max, but now I want a nicer one! Time to go on Etsy I suppose lol.

Do you show FH your garter choice or is it a surprise?
