Idiot me didn't wear enough sunscreen!!

Long story short, our engagement photos are tomorrow and I'm a sunburned peeling mess. We go to the drag races the last weekend of April every year, so I scheduled our engagement session the weekend before. Unfortunately, another couple had an emergency and I agreed to move our photo session to the weekend after, because I'm nice like that. Despite my efforts to wear clothing that covered everything and apply sunscreen religiously, I still got burned and now I'm peeling. I'm currently exfoliating to get the dead skin off, but I'm native american and the tan skin is a very noticeable contrast to the skin underneath the peeling. I'm freaking out a little bit..... I'm speckled!!! HOW DO I FIX THIS?!

We may need to reschedule especially if the weather doesn't improve... but it's difficult due to FH and my work schedules and weekends are already booked with weddings... sigh.

I agree w/@PurpleSun. If not off the plant Lily of the dessert brand is really good or any other 100% aloe juice or gel from a health food store or Vitamin Shoppe/GNC.

Is it something that is able to be photo-shopped? If not, reschedule. Things happen. I am sure the photographer understands that the bride to be wants to look her best. Of course you want to take your engagement photos because we as humans do not like to wait! Just don't sacrifice. =)
