i Just want to Marry My Best Friend Already!!

Not an engagement picture, but this is forever the picture that makes me smile the most! This was literally less than 24 hours after he asked me out, we weren’t even in an official “relationship” yet. My now-MOH, who was my roommate in college at the time, just snapped this candid of us. Something about seeing the way he looked at me from a third-person perspective, and seeing the way both of our eyes were smiling at each other, made me realize just how happy both of us were! Seeing this photo for the first time was basically my first “holy cow he REALLY likes me!” moment... it’s been 3 years and I still smile and get butterflies looking at it, every time!!

We used it as our date announcement to our families. We will be sending our save the dates as our Christmas card this year so we will be taking a different picture for at one

Alaska Kisses

Absolutely! We are 102 days away and every day he reminds me which I love. It will be a lot of firsts for us including living together, being in the same state after 2.5 years apart and creating a home together. We have had a lot of arguments planning (mostly because I am a Type A and he a B), but each day we just remind each other that they are loved and we can't wait. The wedding will be fun, but the ceremony to me is the thing I am looking forward to most.

Definitely this one from our engagement session. Seeing the look in his eyes makes me want to be a better person and strive to be worthy of the love I see in his gaze! Gets me every time I look at it!
