Well, not sure of your silhouette, #1 - #4 will give you the lift you want.

I went with a hoop because its so light and airy. It gives my dress poof underneath and is adjustable and best of all no hot layers of netting.

I ordered the same kind that the bridal shop gave me to try my dress on.

#5, #6, #7 & #9 are for altogether a specific type of dress. But then again all those on the bottom row would probably only work best given a specific style of dress.

It would really help if you could post a pic of your dress.

Since you stated that you a little poof but not a lot and looking at the dress I would probably say anything from the first would work and even the last one on the second row would probably work. The ones on the bottom row would give probably too much poof than what you are looking for as the dress already has a considerable amount by itself.

The one here that would offer the least amount of poof is going to be the last one on the middle row.

Again the first three in the middle row are for entirely different style of dress so don't even consider those three.

But that's just my opinion. Good luck.

Thank you so much Kimm P, i will probably be going with that one as u see the dress is already poofy, in the bridal shop was pressured to go with overly poofy one!
