Help Please!

You do it directly from the event tab. If you want to add a guest to the ceremony, for example, go to the Ceremony tab and click the Add Guest link. It will give you the option to add that guest to an existing household or to create a new household (by typing in a new name for the household). When you add the guest, it will also give you the option to add the person to the reception as well.
