You need to do it on a computer not on mobile.

Hi Shayna, I can help you change your avatar.
- Log in to your WW account on a mobile or desktop browser (not available on the app)
- Hover over your name in the top right corner
- Select “My Settings” from the drop-down menu
- By “Account Image” select “Change” and then upload the image that you want to use
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Update Settings”
If you can’t get to the desktop version of the site or are having any trouble setting your picture just email it to community@weddingwire.com and we will set it for you.
