Having a hard time dressing our girls

I have been racking my brain trying to figure out dresses for our three teenage girls. We are having a small wedding now..just 12 of us but I still want everyone to look nice and kinda dressy. So I think I can get the 19 year old to wear a dress and smile about it, the 18 year old is so easy and wears dresses all the time and the 16 year old only wears jeans and she does not like her body so I don't want to push it with her. So I have looked at casual and dressy bridesmaids dresses and just cant figure it out. If i just tell them to go pick out something out that might be dangerous..lol..I don't want anyone colors to clash. The guys will be in brown and colors are red and orange. not bright but fall colors. I just don't know what to do.

Give them specific colors and a fabric to work on. I'm having all my 5 bms choosing their own dresses, but I'm picking out the designer, color and fabric.

I could do that. His 2 girls don't live here but I guess they go together and shop. if they picked a dress with spagetti straps I could get them nice cardigans or something like that. I'm just worried our 16 yr old wont dress up. What do I say? I know she's shy and is not happy with her body but she's so beautiful!

OTW.. I'll do that. I'll look around and find a designer, colors and fabric. What time frame should I give them before I start looking for them? I hate being pushy

Most bridal stores need at least 6-8 weeks to order bms dresses so if that's a time crunch for you, I'd suggest looking now and asking the stores when it needs to be ordered by. Otherwise, you can just look on Macys or even Target for nice dresses.
