Hair Dresser diasaster????

Jennifer, on September 10, 2009 at 4:22 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

So, I'm 9 days from my wedding. I've been working with my hair dresser for months trying to figure out what to do with my short short hair. We finally had it all decided...my appointment is booked for the morning of my wedding. I get a call today from the salon - my hair dresser is no longer with them. WTF???? They said they have another stylist who I can meet with on Tuesday (5 days before my wedding) to see if she can style my hair. ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

OMG I'm so sorry to hear that! And of course the salon won't tell you where your stylist went so you can contact her there! Ugh! Will they at least eat the cost of your test run since you'd already dealt with the other lady and had it all figured out?

Yes, they said the appt with the new stylist was on them. It's so frustrating because with short hair I'm really limited in what I can do anyway. LOL - God forbid that something didn't go wrong!!!

Well try to think positively, you may like the new lady better! LOL and anyway if you'd already decided how you were going to do your hair-hopefully it's just a matter of describing it to the new stylist and she'll just be able to do it.

Sorry that happened to you. Maybe the new stylist will be able to style your hair the way you want it or at least suggest another style that may work for you. I have short hair too so I understand how styles for it can be a pain lol. But keep your head up and I am sure that everything will work out just fine.

Keep your fingers crossed. I'm all too well aware that if she can't do anything good with it then I'm back to square one. Trying not to think about that!!!!! and remembering to breathe!!
