Good Morning Ladies..

Its been awhile.. But im back.. Wedding planning is back on.. Bright side Ive lost 15lbs.. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! But now its time to start brainstorming again.. Im trying to figure out how do i coordinate my wedding I live in AZ my wedding is in CA.. All of my girls are in CA.. How do I delegate who does what?? Bcuz I wont be able to drive back and forth often... How many meetings do you usually have? My MIL has had 6 meetings.. Does it really take all that? Just curious.. TGIF!

    I think most things can be done over the phone or through email, but at least 2 meetings will probably be necessary just to make sure everyone's on the same page. As far as delegating tasks, try to think of what each girl is good at and would enjoy doing and go from there. Make sure to be gracious and grateful and listen to how each girl feels about their tasks to avoid potential conflict in the future. Have you considered hiring a planner? Since you won't be able to be in CA often, it might be worth looking in to.

    Create a foundation, and let them know what you are thinking, or wish for.... They will handle from there.. Text, email, and phone calls are in your favor! Good luck
