Flower or no flower on my dress?

I had my first fitting today (yay!). However it made me realize I can't decide if I want to keep this flower on my waistline or not. I'm scared it may look too boring without it, but I am also not 100% sure I like it. I bought a crystal belt to put on instead but my seamstress insisted it wouldn't go with my dress. Thoughts? Flower or no flower?

I'm bummed that she seemed to think it wouldn't go. Maybe at my second fitting I will bring it and hold it up against the dress and see how I feel.

That dress has such beauty that I think the flower almost feels like too much and detracts from it. There is no way I would think it would be boring without the flower - I think it would look even better.

I like the flower but you gotta stick to your guns- it's not the seamstress' wedding!!! It would look great without too it's very pretty. Save the flower though it could make a cool head piece or embellishment for another piece of your ensemble!!

The flower looks out of place imo. Your dress is plenty beautiful all by itself. But be sure to take the belt with you just to see how you feel about it.

I feel like the lace pattern on your dress is so busy (and beautiful!) as it is, that the flower actually seems to clash with it. I would remove it, it definitely won't look boring. Since you bought the belt already post some pics of the dress with that on and we can give our opinions
