First big wedding stress blowout tonight....

Up until tonight, FH and I have not had one single argument about the wedding. It wasn't really about the wedding, but I could tell it was the stress, that caused the argument. We never fight. Okay, well very rarely. I think we're doing pretty well, considering the fact that most of the planning is complete. Anyone else had any spats while planning? It's totally not a deal breaker, but I'm feeling upset about it.

FH and I got into an argument about chair covers... We ended up just laughing about how absurd it was!

Yes we have and usually the culprit is stress caused by other stuff going in our lives. I hate it because it is very upsetting and makes me feel like the wedding day is in doubt. But, after we give each other space we acknowledge what caused the flare up, kiss and make up and continue moving forward as strong as ever.

When I think about it I don't know one couple who didn't go through spats prior to the wedding. It seems par for the course but if the love is strong and real it's just a moment and will pass.

DH and I got into a HUGE argument about processional music, of all things-- I wanted "All You Need Is Love", instrumental, and he said, "Nothing that has words!" and then shot down my next few suggestions. We were pounding the table-- so completely over the top, and I finally said, "What do you want?! The Darth Vader theme?!" well, then we both laughed, and that's exactly what we went with-- "The Imperial March" from "Empire Strikes Back" got everyone smiling right at the beginning of the wedding-- it was perfect!

We have had our discussions, usually because the only time we talk about the wedding is late at night after work. Mehh I can't wait for it to be done and over!

DH and I had a big fight about whether or not he was going to our cake tasting. We got married 300 miles from where we live, so it was a long drive to go up and back for the weekend and he was upset about something and didn't feel like going. I freaked out about him not going to the tasting and we wound up going up together but not leaving until really late at night and it was a really huge stupid fight.
