Fall outside wedding?

This will vary by location, but I generally think it would be way too cold. Even LA right now is having a high of 65 and raining this weekend and we are known for "good weather."

You can do a google search of the average weather temperature for that town and month. I'm having a early/mid October outdoor wedding and it says the average temperature is 70 degrees, so I'm not too worried. Just do a google search and it should help you figure it out. However, you should have a backup plan.

It depends what the temperature is where you are. As a person that HATES being cold, I would be a tad annoyed if I had to sit outside if it was cold enough that I needed a coat. I went to an October wedding that was chilly and that was bearable but not ideal for me.

MS is really weird... like we have had to turn on the heat twice already in October, but on Christmas the last two years we were wearing shorts and tank tops. weather is pretty unpredictable...

Our venue will do outdoor weddings into November....normally the first couple of weekends. (but, it is our couples choice) We live in Maryland and the venue I work with is on the bay. We have mild Falls. All three of our ballrooms have a indoor space to use if it is too cold. Ceremonies are typically so short and then everything moves inside. I always tell our couples that the bride will be the chilliest......you can also add a basket of wraps or small blankets.

I'm in Richmond VA I was thinking afternoon time around 2/3 pm and I was thinking blankets for the favors and I was thinking a bond fire with a smores bar too what do y'all think?

@Ashley I'm getting married in Charlottesville, and I'm doing a smores bar for dessert with bon fires. If you're doing an early November wedding you should be fine, but there's always a chance for a freak snow store or a hurricane.
