Dumb invitation question

moco2016, on May 11, 2016 at 2:28 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 5

Ok I'm sure this is probably a dumb question, but what do I put on this line here next to name. Is this where I list the name of the people that are invited like mr and Mrs jones? If so and I'm inviting children do I just count the children in the number of seats reserved? Also if I fill in this line are you all handwriting here? My handwriting is terrible so I was thinking about doing labels?

I'm not sure I understand where you're referencing. Are you talking about on the envelopes or the RSVP cards?

If you are referring to the RSVP card, people fill in their OWN names based on who is attending. You just leave a blank line.

Those are the RSVP cards, as Emily said, those are for your guests to fill in and send back to you. You can fill in the number of seats, I think, but leave the names blank.

Exactly what @Emily said, you leave it blank and the guest fills in their name! Definitely fill in the blank though for the number of seats that have been reserved!
