Just picked up diamond wedding bands at JCPenny. They were 40% off with another 15% off and if you apply for a charge you get another 20% off. 1ct was only $510. Priced the 1/4 Ct and it was $140. Ask to see others in stock some diamonds are cloudy.

An after thought... Penny's would not be the first place I'd think of if I were buying a diamond. Penny's is a linen kind of store.
