I think saying nothing might be better unless she comes directly out and says something about it to you then maybe a sorry would be sufficient. Some women don't want to even thing about it, some want you to wallow over it with them so I think you know your friend best. I would venture to say that bringing up anything about your wedding is out of the question for sure.... I can guarantee she isn't going to want to here how happy things are for you. Good Luck!
