Deposits - Sh*t Just Got Real!!!

I just put the deposit down on our venue. And it hit me like a ton of bricks - Shit just got real!! It's official, we're having a wedding. Before today is was a nice, happy, fairytale thought. And we always had the option of running off and eloping. Withdrawing that deposit out of my checking account and seeing it leave my hands made the wedding a reality. We're having a wedding y'all!! :-D

    Now I feel bad about cussing on this post. But it felt so right at the time! lol. Good thing is I can now start planning style and decor. It's a non-traditional venue, an interior design studio with a loft style. Gotta start working on configuration since there's no center space to create an aisle. I'm looking forward to being creative with it though!

    Used your credit card to pay for things!!! We paid a few despots in the beginning by check and regret it now. We are racking up the points paying for things on the card and just paying the card of every month, or mid month since we keep maxing it out lol. By the time we are done we are hoping to have enough miles to use for our 1 year anniversary!

    Yep, it does! Thanks for the credit card suggestion. I just talked to FH about the benefits of getting an AmEX for the points. Good idea!
