Custom Converse (Pic)

Beth, on February 10, 2015 at 1:55 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 22

Has anyone done custom Converse for their wedding or is planning on it? I really want to get a pair like the one in the picture to wear after the wedding and with the outfit I change out of my dress into before heading out for the night. Our wedding colors are blue and well pink is my favorite color so I had to add some flare! Smiley smile

Thanks! They are so easy to design and they are unique. I told the FH I really want them he said we will talk closer to time when we see how off our budget is. Which means I will get them regardless because I do all the banking and bills Smiley smile

Those are really cute! I wanted to wear chucks (since I don't wear heels) but FH said no chucks at the wedding. So then his GM asked if they could all just wear chucks and I told them FH said I couldn't, so that means they couldn't either. lol!

@Vanessa way to put your foot down. It is only fair. If anyone should be wearing them it should be the bride above anyone else!

@Kassy I understand now. I agree black they wouldn't look as bad with but grey is going to put the entire focus on his feet!

@Allison don't feel bad I don't think a few of my girls are happy about the shoes I asked them to wear. I know for sure one isn't I got a really *itchie reply when we were talking about shoes. She only likes wearing really high, strappy, stilettos, more so the ones a stripper would wear, and I am not having that. Especially since we are planning on shorter dresses.

I have long dresses, but apparently because hers is "straight" they will show.... uhhh? She claims she looks frumpy in flats, yet that's all she wears. As a matter of fact, when we had this conversation she was wearing chucks. The rest are fine with it, and I am only asking that they wear them for the ceremony. AND I purposely am getting grey so they can be reworn easily, instead of purple or something that would be harder to wear again. LOL sorry got a little carried away here, can you tell it kind of bothers me still? haha

Allison I understand the frustration. What does she want to wear? Tell her if she isn't happy with those that she might be able to borrow Ronald McDonald's shoes Smiley smile Then she really will look funny! I am wearing wedge heels with the rest of my gals. Like I told them it is for the wedding and pictures. In between and after IDGAF what they wear, they could go barefoot for all I care. It isn't much to ask of them. Are you paying for their shoes?

Kerri- yes. I decided if they don't want them I will buy them.

she would like to wear a wedge or heels, we are getting married in grass and she will sink with heels, and the wedges she will end up taking off.

    its never ending.

I have considered blinging mine as well Martiza
