Curious- does FH ring match yours??

Oooo, and if you could- could you post pics, please??

I don't have pictures yet because he hasn't picked the one that he wants for sure.......but I have seen what he likes so far and it's not going to match mine. And I'm totally fine with that! I want him to have a ring that *he* likes.

I dont have pics of our rings yet - waiting to get them back from the photog, but our rings don't match. his is white gold, and my e-ring and wedding band are both yellow gold.

Nope his ring def doesn't match mine. Mine is white gold and his is a black band. Thats the one he wanted, thats the one he got. LOL

We haven't bought our rings yet, but so far what he's been looking at looks nothing like what will go with my engagement ring. I think it's nice if they match, but each person has to wear it every day for the rest of his/her life, too, so both should like what they get whether they match or not!

We havent gotten ours yet but these are (going to be) mine and FH. Note - FH will actually be getting a plain band but personalized with an engravement of.... the transformers symbol (or something similar) haha FH's brother had green lantern symbol engraved into his band and every since FH has had his heart set on something similar so I am lettng him choose what he wants if he doesnt get a plain silver band engraved then hell probably end up with something like the other posted below

I def didnt expect his to match mine but I do have friends whos do. Talk to FH and let him know what is important to you

Ours don't match. His is a faceted diamond cut style. It's very nice.

Our's don't match exactly, but we tried to find something for FH that would match fairly closely. Both are white gold with a yellow gold band in the middle. Both have a sort of swirly aesthetic (mine in the metal and the diamonds, FH's in the etching on the metal). We are very happy with our choices. Here is mine and then the stock photo of his.

But, I can't wear my diamonds while working so I am getting a ring that matches Hubby's but opposite colors.

My ring is platinum, and he doesn't think platinum looks good with his skin color, so he's probably going to go with yellow gold ring, so ours will definitely not match. And I'm okay with that.

I think part of it, for me, is that feeling connectivity.

NotFroofy definitely wanted our bands to match--which was particularly challenging, as the one she was giving me was inherited from her grandmother back in Wales. However, I managed to find one that although not an exact match, is close enough so that you wouldn't notice the difference unless you were really focused on it.

@TheFutureMrsJTW, FH really wanted a ring that matched mine in some sort of way. We spent a long time online at Amazon looking at rings for FH and when we finally saw that one, we both went, "Yup. That's the one". It is nice to have that connectivity, for sure.

Yes and no. LOL DH isn't an 'all out blingy' guy. So his is 18K white gold like mine, but it was purchased in Dubai by my Dad and mine is from Nelson Signature Bridal. His is just a plain band that is rounded on the top, if that makes sense..LOL
