So, since some of you think I whinge a lot...I thought I would share some positives:
We had our preview dinner last night. Like some of you suggested, we moved our reservation from Valentines Day after a bit of wrangling with the venue. The food was amazing, and quite a bit more than I was expecting (even though we only got one of everything, it was split up for us...no worries about forks crossing into enemy territory...and the serving sizes were much bigger than I thought). Honestly, the serving sizes were so big it didn't feel like we were sharing anything but had a standard portion of our own. Soup, salad, and pasta were all great. The entrees were delicious. They even cooked something off menu for me because FH is allergic to lobster, and it ordinarily came with a lobster cream sauce. I have no more worries about the food, at least, and if someone doesn't like something at our wedding, it's because they woudn't like it anywhere else, either.
