Clutches

I am having my bridesmaids carry clutches instead of flowers, i am also getting a glitzed out flower clips to attach to them! has anyone done this before? what are your experiences, and how do you think this would look?

*The clutch will be black, and the flower clip will be done in ivory with black accents similar to this design* she has it clipped to a headband here but mine will not be*

I did almost exactly that, everyone loved it, they've never seen anything like that before. I was a bit dissapointed because the florist forgot to take care of the clips as we originally discussed, so she did them last minute and had to use a bobby pin to attach the flowers to the clutches. I think some of the girls had some issues with that, they got poked a few times, but they took care of it. Aside from that, they turned out very well. sorry i don't have a better pic on this computer, i'll update later

I've never seen it but it sound cute. I've been to wedding where the girls had fans, umbrellas etc. I think creativity adds a nice touch.
