I think in both the writing gets lost. What about doing white font and moving it into the black section at the bottom (of the first image)?

Unfortunately there is no choice on changing the font color on the names.

I like the second better, you could always carefully outline the letters with a white paint marker?

I like 2 as well.. just my opinion (im very traditional) but i think the bride's name should come first.

Why do you need a sign, if the guest book is laying on a table, with a pen?
