Candy bar bags / flower throw holders

OK we are having a candy bar and I need cute/fun/classy bags that close or have tops so the candy doesn't fall out. Where should I look?

For our exit out of the reception we are throwing rose pedals. Where can we find something cute to hold them in?

HELP!!!!!
