We are getting married on a somewhat remote island in Scotland and are hiring a bus to take us and our 25 guests on a tour of the island after the wedding for pictures and sightseeing. We estimate that we'll be on the bus tour for about 2-3 hours with stops at a castle, a beach, some historical sites, and some short hikes. We want to provide snacks for folks, but nothing too heavy since we're having dinner shortly after we get back from the tour. I was thinking of getting some local cheese, sausage, bread/crackers, fruit, and cookies from the local bake shop. Do you think this is enough? The wedding is at 2 and dinner is at 6, so folks will have time for lunch before the wedding.
