Brides with curves!

I am not certain what you mean by "curves". I have a large chest myself (I had to order my dress 2 sizes to big and have it taken in everywhere but the bust. I had an idea of what style I wanted so I only tried on ballgowns and a-line dresses. I am attaching pictures of me in both styles (I am more self-conscious of my stomach area as I had gastric bypass and have "loose" skin at my stomach so I knew I didn't want anything too fitted in the stomach area. I honestly thought I would prefer a-line but ended up with a ballgown).

I only tried on a line dresses and ball gowns and found they are really flattering for me. I'm more apple shaped.

In the end, I decided I wanted to accentuate my waist and felt comfortable in a ballgown. These were my final top 2. The one on the left is my dress.

I think a lot of styles suit curves as long as they're properly fitted! Wear what makes you happiest and most comfortable

I've got curvy hips mostly. I tried some form fitting dresses, but ultimately felt uncomfortable.

I wish I had a picture of myself in my dress! My suggestion is to make sure wherever you go has plus size sample gowns. Trying to squeeze into 12s (or sometimes smaller) was SO frustrating! Then we went to another shop that had a whole plus size showroom, and it was magical. This is the stock photo of my dress. Although this is clearly not the plus size version. Also, I thought my chest was huge and turns out my hips are even huger! Lol the sample I tried on actually fit me in the hips and was enormous in the top! I have NEVER had that issue before!

I have DDDs and a smaller waist...this is my dress. I found A-line to the most flattering on me.

My dress hugs all the curves. I also like A-line however I didn't think that style would work with my short height.

Eta-This is a Demetrios but I also found a few Stella York and Mori Lee gowns that fit my curves, they weren't fitted dresses though if that makes sense
