Bridal Shower Invite Question

Shea , on July 21, 2018 at 6:28 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 4
I am having 2 bridal showers. Do I need to invite the host(s) of one shower to come to the other shower?

You aren't required to invite the hosts to the other shower. If you do, I would stress that their attendance is all you want and they can forgo getting you a gift. They will have spent enough on the shower they hosted and any gift they may have given at that shower.

Generally no but it may depend how you split the groups. For example, two of my aunts want to throw me a shower so they're going to do the family only shower. Four of our family friends want to throw me a shower as well so they're going to do a friends only shower. The hosts of each won't be invited to the others because they're separated in circles. You CAN invite them though if that's how you want to do it. If you do, I'd listen to PP and reiterate that they dont need to bring a gift.

    Hi, Shea!

Great advice from the PP- are the guests and hosts from the two showers in the same "circles"? Or is it kind of split between family and friends? Smiley heart
