So my wedding is coming in sept. And all but 1 of my maids were in my friends wedding this last march and got robes now I am conflicted as to if i should get them robe or not. I dont want to get everyone robes when most have 1 already and i dont want to be mean and get 1 for the girl that doesnt have one. Im not sure what to do.

Maybe pjs? I've seen those that are cute and matching and everyone can wear them while getting ready

There are tons of ideas on Pinterest that are alternates to robes. I'm getting my girls oversized sweaters!!! Just make sure if you get shirts of sorts they are easy to get off without messing up hair!!!
