Oh, I didnt have a date twin either. I was a Monday wedding. Weekdays arent popular! Didnt bother me one bit.. the day was perfect!

What made you choose a Thursday? Did you get any declines because of it? I never thought of a weekday. It looks like everything worked out perfectly.

Thank you all. @ MrsC, we chose a Thursday because for 1 it was cheaper than the Friday OR Saturday for the same exact everything.. also, it wasn't as far fetched an idea since it was the Thursday of Memorial Day weekend, so it wasn't like most people had a problem with requesting the Friday off. When our banquet mgr suggested it, we thought it was genius, and before we booked we checked with our bridal party and parents first... Once we got the thumbs up from everyone, we figured anyone who wanted to be there, and could be there wouldn't have a problem with it. We received 2 declines because of the Thursday- other than that all of our invited guests attended and it was wonderful.
