Anybody can't fit their dress now????

Tiffany, on March 5, 2017 at 6:03 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 6

I got my dress back about 2 months ago and my stylist suggested I take it in a little in the waist I told him I'll think about it.... So I decided to do so about a month after but when I put it on it was to small my mom could barely zip it and zipped my skin almost so now she says I need to only eat salad.... I am gaining weight a little to fast and at the wrong time....

You still have time to lose a little weight, or get the dress altered. Don't just eat salad, drink tons of water and make sure you're getting enough protein.

You have plenty of time to be aware of what you're eating and make that dress fit perfect!!

Don't stress. Limit carbs (key word: limit) and totally eliminate soda if you drink that. Healthy exercise and diet go a long way. Also be sure to not eat out so much, but instead do healthy, home cooked meals.
