Alterations...getting cups sewn in

Going for my 1st alterations appointment tomorrow and will defiantly be having cups sewn into my dress as my dress is backless and will need the support.

So my question is do I provide the cups for the seamstress? And if so where would I get them?

My one is supplying them, she said theres a few diff kinds she has so I can try them and choose.

My seamstress had them. She had regular cups and pushup cups, woowooo.
