Dip Dye wedding dress?

Hey ladies, I'm curious to what opinions would be for something like this. We are in the early stages of planning, but I know two things. The men in the wedding party are wearing kilts, and I want the girls to wear fun spring colors, so I was thinking for a wedding dress I might consider the dip Dye thing. I've been married once before, so I don't really need that traditional big wedding gown this time. Anyway, thoughts on this idea? (The concept, not necessarily the dresses themselves - and pics are from pinterest)

There was a bride on here awhile back that dip-dyed her gown and it was AMAZING, I say go for it!

I think it can be very beautiful IF done right! Do your research and go with someone who specializes in dip dying The first dress is beautiful.
I know cocomelody.com has some beautiful ones!

Purple is my favorite color, so I'd probably go with a lilac or lavender color. I want my girls to all wear a different color like seafoam green, peach, pale yellow and maybe light blue or something like that, so that the light hue of purple would go well in the color scheme.

Thanks ladies, I will do some research amd see what I can come up with, I think it's going to look pretty cool if I find the right dress and it's done right. I appreciate everyone's thoughts!!

I think this is beautiful! I saw this on on Etsy a long time ago and really loved it. I love color in wedding dresses in general, but this is super gorgeous (I love your example pics as well).

I loved this idea and really considered it, but I was too chicken to do it to my dress (and I couldn't find a professional in my area to do it). If you are either confident enough to do it yourself or (what I recommend) are able to find someone to do it, I say go for it!
