Is anyone marrying someone with a different culture. I am finding myself super excited for all the wedding planning and pictures and all the good stuff but my FH is kind of anti pictures and anti the hype because they don’t do it where he is from. anyone else in the same boat?

Yep, totally am! But, that’s why I fell in love with him because we come from different cultures and have different backgrounds.
Whenever my FH isn’t understanding where I am coming from with my decision, I try to explain it differently to him cause maybe I’m not explaining it clearly for him to understand or perhaps he’s not quite on the same page cause he’s thinking about it differently.

ave you read of the love languages and how we each have a different way to show love and how we want to be loved? I always think of that when we get into arguments because we are different as you are with your FH. Sounds like maybe he just needs to be shown or explained in a different way to understand why you want certain things
