Different color then white

I love champagne and also blush. My dress is a light gold which kind of looks like an antiqued (dark) ivory.

I think your dress is beautiful.

My first dress was champagne with an ivory overlay, but I ultimately decided to get a different dress because I really wanted the white/ivory look. It goes better with our wedding style, venue, and my personality.

I love the champagne color, but I do think it creates a more 'rustic' or 'antiqued' look to the dresses that are that color.

View Quoted Comment Same! Ivory is so pretty I tried on a few ivory dresses. But the lady who helped me find my dress said most brides dont even go all white anymore which is why they only had a couple all white dresses on the floor.

Oh yeah, I think that mindset is extremely outdated!! It great that there are so many color options now!

I love your dress, it’s beautiful! I asked my FH if he would care if I wore black or a color instead of white, and his only feedback was not to get anything “too poofy.”

My dress is an ivory color. Sorry for the wrinkles, we took these as soon as I picked up my dress.

My dress is getting customized a bit.. they are changing my dress to be a corset back and putting a thin layer of satin under the lace since it irritates my skin.

I think what some people’s definition of white spans several shades of white so I think you still meet that. Your dress is beautiful!

My dress is ivory with a color underneath it. I cant Recall what the other color is. I love that it has a little splash of the color to it.

I think white is the rarity these days. Truthfully, I think many men wouldn’t know the difference between white, ivory, off-white, and champagne. I think my dress was off-white. It definitely wasn’t white! 😀
