I’d like to loose a bit of weight before the wedding. I work long hours (I do a minimum of 21 shifts a fortnight, including 3 double shifts over night each week so I sleep during the day) and become of how I work I tend the eat at weird hours and don’t have the ability to cook fresh meals when at work so eat mainly reheated meals.
I don’t have viable time to go to the gym but try and walk as much as I can and I’m up and on my feet all the time at work (I do high needs specialist care, kinda like a private nurse but more invasive cares).
So... suggestions on a diet that will give me enough energy to keep functioning at work but assist me to lose weight????

Ugh the struggle of trying on the clothes that haven’t fit, I know it well. Also remember not to get down on yourself about it. With my job and double shifts (I actually work in a wedding venue) I constantly found myself around food and even then being so busy I definitely wasn’t eating enough so my body was clinging on to whatever I was able to eat. When switching over to keto I made it a point to even eat a little string cheese I packed with me and it helped a lot!

    Hey Gina,
My energy levels are high but my job is stupidly stressful so dieting is pretty sucky. But I am making progress which is a pleasant surprise. Especially when colleagues notice before I do.
