I know there has been a post like this before, but I love seeing you beauties in your wedding dresses! What is the dress you said yes to? I would love to see your pictures!

Finally get to post on one of these...at my 2nd to last fitting...the V in the back was tightened up after these pics, so it was smooth. Bridal pics tomorrow! Dress was originally strapless and we had cap sleeves added. I was having stress cause the sleeves we bought were not long enough in the back no matter what size we ordered. The bridal shop was kind enough to give me an extra set so we could see what a seamstress could do. I never wanted a strapless gown, but I loved this dress and the champagne/pewter stitching in the lace. I was so nervous and second guessing/stressing over my dress. She recreated it to match my vision and exactly what I wanted. She also made my belt and veil to match. I am so excited! April 6 is right around the corner!!
I said yes, yesterday! Wasn’t even planning on looking for gowns yet. But my MOH is up from North Carolina for a long weekend and she and my other two bridesmaids and I had planned a day of wedding planning and visiting a bridal expo. Well the expo was a total dud so on a whim we visited the David’s Bridal across the street. Found THE dress and I cried tears of joy!
Funny because I hadn’t planned on beginning dress shopping until this summer for our 7/25/2020 wedding. And I had thought we needed a boutique experience. Well we had great service at David’s and I paid $600 for the dress which I am grateful for because I was having a case of nerves about spending well upwards of $1K for a dress before alterations based on all the ones I had viewed and liked online; this fits my frugal nature much better!
