Destination Wedding Cabo - Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach

Another tip about using a travel agent... they can give you so much insight on the properties themselves beyond the pretty pictures.

For example, I'm seeing that Pueblo Bonito Sunset isn't adult-only (not sure if that is something you were looking for) and the meal plans look complicated (your guests have to wear a meal plan bracelet) and there are certain restrictions at some of the restaurants, etc.

Whoever you work with should be able to identify better properties that allow for more flexibility for your guests. Of course, it just depends on the resort. The resort I'm staying at is adults only and completely All-Inclusive, meaning my guests can eat anything and everything whenever they want and not one restaurant is buffet style. I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for my agent.

Yes, this resort does have a wedding coordinator included with the package, but all reviews I've been reading when booking DW in Cabo is to hire an outside coordinator. Oh decisions, decisions.

@Mina - yes we wanted PB Sunset so that our daughter can be in our wedding who will be 16 months at the time. I will look into your suggestions for clarification on my end with the travel agent. Thank you for pointing out the food part =)

My question is how many guests do you have? And did you find your hotel prices reasonable? I am considering a destination wedding and I'm so confused

@GOLZI - I will have approximately 20 guests - very intimate wedding. After doing a lot of research, I have found that their rates were reasonable considering the 4 1/2 star rating they receive and also a girl I know just recently got married there. We're purposely doing destination because if we had our wedding at home it would be so outrageous and not as intimate as I would want. They've asked me to confirm 10 rooms for at least 3 nights in order to receive a group rate discount.
