I'm curious to know how people have done a desert table divided up servings. Did you get enough for each person to have one of each thing or did you get a little of each thing? How much did you budget for a dessert table? We will be spending a little less than 200 for a simple 2 tier cake and another 8 inch from our baker.

Our cake was $750(4 tiers for 130 people) - we didn’t do any other desserts. The best person to help you figure this out would be the bakery you’re getting desserts from because the number you’ll need will vary based on how much variety, how many guests, and how big each dessert is.

My guest count is 50, and am getting a small 2 tier cake for approximately $300. I'm planning on also having a cannoli and cookie tray for an additional $100 but I'm not ordering 50 cannolis, just 36.

Hi Gabby! Will they still be full size desserts, or smaller sampling sizes? And how many choices will you have?
Caterers recommend 3-4 mini desserts per guest if you're not serving cake - if your desserts are full servings I'd still have enough so that your guests can sample more than one. Dessert tables are really set up for grazing!

We can do full size or minis and I am leaning towards mini on some things. I think 4 different deserts and most will have a few flavors to choose from. We will also be serving cake.
