Hey all!! What's your favorite dessert or dessert flavor profile for a dessert table? What was a hit at your wedding?

I always love when dessert tables have something for the chocolate lovers and something fruity/non chocolate lovers. Like lemon bars and cookies/brownie bites or red velvet and mini cheesecake

My favorite were cannoli and let on cheesecake. I had at least 3 of each , full size ones, at the reception, and after midnight, when half of guests departed after 5 hours, and only desserts and drinks were out til 3. And I remember getting some hazelnut creamer frosting from my fingers on Hubby's jacket, so sometime after midnight I had 3 layer cake. The thing that went the most, was 300 baklava, none left by 11pm when I asked if they had another tray. But even though large diamonds, and soaked with honey, everyone took 2 as a serving. We had a choice of 10 desserts, and 170 people, and had not figured that many baklava would go during dancing early on. Thing is, the baklava, even if you count 2 per person, are way, way cheaper than any wedding cake. I don't know why so few people have them.

Lemon cheesecake (not let on cheesecake. I thought I corrected all the weird things auto edit put in. They made cannoli cannon litter, with a little pop.

Here we have a traditional wedding cookie table with every kind of cookie you can imagine and usually guests are given a bag to fill and take home

We did mini cheesecakes, Oreo pudding shooters, and banana pudding shooters as part of our dessert bar. They were our 3 biggest hits for sure!

I love dessert tables with cheesecake and pudding shooters, but having a variety of desserts with chocolate, vanilla, fruit, etc is always a good idea
