The three-day set up, stress, anxiety, and the last-minute near-panic of "where are the rings??!!?!?" was worth it. (It was in my backpack, not the duffle bag).
My hair and makeup artist had a medical emergency come up the day before - she is recovering, not COVID related. One of my husband's brothers was in a mental health treatment center after suffering heat stroke - also doing better and tested negative for COVID. Everything came together in the end. Our photographer - a friend of ours and new to the industry but amazing photographer - came up early and helped us out. Her first few photos from our day will be in any day now! Our wedding was the biggest one she has done so far at 25 people.
