Desktop and app dont have sync'd Info

When I update the app or desktop, the other doesnt update to reflect that info.
Is there a button or something I'm not pressing to make it so my info matches on both desktop and app?

    Got it all figured out!

    apparently I made a 2nd account with one of my other emails, I noticed wedding wire emails in both emails. deleted the other and got all info saved to this one.
